The Restaurant
Restaurant Ikarus, situated within the architecturally striking Hangar-7, offers a dining experience as unique as its setting. This glass aircraft museum owned by Red Bull provides a stunning backdrop for a culinary journey unlike any other. The restaurant operates on a guest chef concept, where each month a different, internationally acclaimed chef takes over the kitchen. This ensures a constantly evolving menu showcasing diverse cuisines and innovative cooking styles. Executive chef Martin Klein and patron Eckart Witzigmann invite the world's best chefs to cook at Ikarus, taking guests on a culinary trip around the world. Diners can select from tasting menus featuring a combination of international dishes. Ikarus currently holds two Michelin stars, a testament to its consistent culinary excellence. Note that Ikarus will be closed for renovations from January 20th to May 2025.
