The Restaurant
Quattro Passi, a temple to Mediterranean cuisine, graces Marina del Cantone with its exceptional fare and stunning views. The restaurant's history began with chef Fabrizio Mellino's grandfather, who initially ran a small egg business before opening a pizzeria "four steps from the sea," giving the restaurant its name. Over time, his son Antonio and grandson Fabrizio transformed it into the culinary destination it is today. Fabrizio's cuisine is influenced by the sea, the Sannio region, France, and Japan, resulting in simple, delicious, and flavorful dishes. The restaurant currently holds three Michelin stars. The journey to Marina del Cantone is well worth the effort, as Raffaele and his team extend a warm welcome, ensuring a truly memorable tasting menu experience.
