The Restaurant
D'O, located in Cornaredo just outside Milan, offers a refined dining experience rooted in chef Davide Oldani's "pop cuisine" philosophy. Since opening in 2003, D'O has garnered acclaim for its innovative approach that combines high-quality ingredients with accessible culinary techniques. Overlooking a charming square with a 17th-century church, two of the restaurant's dining rooms provide an intimate setting. Oldani, who trained with culinary giants such as Marchesi and Ducasse, has established a recognizable style that emphasizes Italian traditions with superlative technique. D'O earned its first Michelin star in 2004 and currently holds two Michelin stars along with a Green star, reflecting Oldani's dedication to detail, further demonstrated by his workshop dedicated to flour and yeast products.
