The Restaurant
Bo.TiC, situated in the quaint village of Corçà , offers a dining experience that seamlessly blends Catalan tradition with innovative culinary techniques. Housed in a silent, reimagined old carriage factory, chef Albert Sastregener and Cristina Torrent present tasting menus that showcase the region's finest ingredients. The restaurant has earned two Michelin stars for its creative and committed gastronomic proposal. Diners can choose between two minimalist dining areas: one overlooks the kitchen, offering a glimpse into the culinary artistry at work, while the other, nestled within the stone walls of the former carpentry workshop, provides a more intimate setting. Sastregener's technically sophisticated creations respect Catalan tradition while incorporating international influences. Bo.TiC's tasting menus are thoughtfully divided into sections, highlighting the bar, seasonal offerings, roasts, and bakery, with delicate and beautifully presented snacks.
