Auberge de Herborist was started by Arnold Hanbuckers in 1992, who is the father of current head chef, Alex Hanbuckers. The restaurant, which is a former farm house, ended up in the hands of Hanbuckers family in the year 1985, of which they have since renovated and converted into fine restaurant.
It can accommodate 60 guests, occupying 4 different which are interlinked. The restaurant has ample space for parking, a sunny terrace and a garden with edible flowers and herbs. The restaurant has private dining quarters and is an awesome place for personal events.
