The Restaurant
El Celler de Can Roca, located in Girona, is a culinary experience crafted by the Roca brothers: Joan, the chef; Josep; and Jordi. Opened in 1986 and relocated in 2007, the restaurant has garnered acclaim, holding three Michelin stars. The Roca brothers consider their success a "three-player game," with each brother contributing distinct talents to create a feast for all senses. This exceptionally high-caliber restaurant celebrates contrasts, memories, and journeys, characterized by working with local produce and a focus on sustainability. The tasting menu is a tribute to the evolution of this establishment. The restaurant is welcoming, a place so inviting that it might as well be the Rocas' living room.
