The Restaurant
Located in San Francisco's historic Jackson Square, Quince presents Californian contemporary cuisine with Italian nuances, reflecting chef Michael Tusk's culinary journey. The restaurant earned its third Michelin star in 2017 and maintains this prestigious rating. To mark its twentieth anniversary, chef Michael and Lindsay Tusk refreshed the early nineteen-hundreds Jackson Square setting. The commitment to seasonality is striking, with much of the produce sourced from their partner farm in Bolinas. Dinner celebrates the season with elegant presentations. Quince features a nightly tasting menu highlighting the restaurant's unique partnership with Fresh Run Farm, where Michael and Peter Martinelli plan the plantings each season.
