The Roebling Presidential Suite, situated on the east end of Casa Cirpirani, is defined by its 841-square-foot wrap-around terrace. This is where you get a direct, front-row perspective of the Brooklyn Bridge—ideal for catching the sunrise from the outdoor seating area as the city wakes up.
Inside, the design leans toward deep, rich tones: lacquer mahogany and burgundy cashmere fabrics dominate the space, complemented by custom furnishings from Loro Piana Interior. This is clearly a suite built for hosting. The main area features a dining table seating ten, a grand cocktail bar, and an eight-way Sonos speaker system ready to handle the soundtrack for any gathering.
The master bedroom ensures comfort with Italian bedding by Rivolta Carmignani and a Magniflex mattress. Guests can select from various pillow options, providing truly personalized rest after a long day of travel or entertaining.
The Hotel
Casa Cipriani is a sophisticated blend of Italian elegance and New York glamour, located on Manhattan’s waterfront. With a private club ambiance, the hotel is located in the landmark Battery Maritime Building, a building so many New Yorkers have seen, but so few have actually ventured into.
