The Suite
The Kogane Penthouse is a four-bedroom residence designed to handle a crowd—it sleeps up to 14 guests comfortably. The aesthetic successfully merges minimalist Japanese design principles with the dramatic landscape of Los Cabos.
Inside, the space is set up for socializing, featuring a full-size pool table, bar seating, and a large dining table. A dedicated chef's kitchen allows for serious culinary endeavors, or for hosting private meals. For deep relaxation, the penthouse includes three traditional 'Onsen' teak soaking tubs, offering a unique Japanese approach to winding down.
The exterior spaces are just as functional. Each of the three private terraces is equipped with an outdoor jacuzzi, an alfresco dining area, and a barbecue grill. From these vantage points, you get clear views of both the Pacific Ocean and the adjacent golf course.
As a signature Nobu residence, guests benefit from exclusive access to the brand's famed Asian-inspired cuisine. This includes special menus and the option for private, in-residence dining experiences handled by the resort's culinary team.
The Hotel
Nobu's first hotel in Mexico, Nobu Hotel Los Cabos seamlessly blends Japanese minimalism with relaxed coastal charm. Located at the southernmost tip of the Baja Peninsula, the hotel’s design features clean lines, natural stone, and warm wood tones, complemented by wood-soaking tubs and custom Japanese furniture. The signature Nobu restaurant serves world-renowned Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, while additional dining options highlight local flavors. Spanning over 13,500 square feet, the spa includes 12 treatment rooms, indoor hydrotherapy areas, and an outdoor hydrotherapy garden. The expansive fitness facility also offers a dedicated indoor/outdoor space for yoga and spinning.
