The Suite
The two-story Oceanfront Surfer Residence is built for groups, accommodating up to eight guests comfortably—ideal for families or friends traveling together. The design immediately signals the location: custom mid-century Latin American furnishings are paired with modern art, a vintage-style telescope, and actual hanging surfboards, capturing the relaxed coastal atmosphere.
Inside, the separate living area features a dramatic double-height ceiling and a sizable L-shaped sofa. Sleeping arrangements include two king bedrooms and a third room equipped with double queens. Sliding doors connect the living space directly to the terrace and, crucially, lead straight onto the sand.
Days here revolve around the private plunge pool, or gathering at the outdoor grill and dining setup. Evenings are covered: a large U-shaped sofa encircles a firepit, an ideal spot for winding down under the stars. For those who maintain a wellness routine, the residence includes a private gym and sauna.
The Hotel
Overlooking the dramatic cliffs of Monuments Beach, with views of the famous Arch across the bay, The Cape, A Thompson Hotel blends a hand-crafted local look with a touch of the SoCal modernist vibe. Guests can unwind in two breathtaking pools—an infinity pool with a swim-up bar and a striking saltwater pool carved into the property’s natural rock formations. The rooftop bar is a standout, the first in Cabo San Lucas, serving craft cocktails with panoramic sunset views. Additional highlights include an intimate spa and fitness center with two private outdoor cabanas for treatments, as well as a diverse array of culinary experiences. At the heart of it all is Manta, the hotel’s signature restaurant, where award-winning chef Enrique Olvera presents a refined take on coastal cuisine.
