The Suite
The recent refurbishment at The Dorchester gave special attention to all suites, but the Harlequin Penthouse is clearly the standout. This is a confident take on contemporary luxury. Sitting high above the treetops of Hyde Park, the suite offers impressive views across the London skyline. The private terrace is the obvious spot to take these in, perhaps with a glass of something cold.
Inside, the penthouse feels strikingly modern. The interiors are light-filled, utilizing a sophisticated palette of cream, green, and ochre. The layout includes two bedrooms, a dressing room, and a comfortable lounge area. Of the two bathrooms, one holds a particularly unique piece of history: the original pink marble installation commissioned specifically for Elizabeth Taylor's stays.
The Hotel
An icon of British hospitality, The Dorchester has been synonymous with luxury since 1931. Overlooking Hyde Park, its classic interiors reflect a timeless grandeur, while recent refurbishments introduce modern touches. The hotel’s Michelin-starred dining includes Alain Ducasse’s contemporary French cuisine and the legendary afternoon tea at The Promenade. The Dorchester Spa offers indulgent treatments in an Art Deco-inspired setting. With a reputation for hosting royalty, celebrities, and dignitaries, The Dorchester remains a cornerstone of London’s luxury hotel scene.
