The Suite

Composed with the elegance of a private residence and the precision of contemporary design, the Royal Suite unfolds as a masterclass in understated luxury. Designed by Khuan Chew, the interiors are layered with bespoke Italian and French furnishings, stone flooring, and a palette of soft, tonal warmth. The suite flows with ease through a grand living room and dining space into a spacious bedroom, where a walk-in wardrobe and marble bathroom offer a sanctuary of calm. A deep soaking tub and walk-in rain shower offer moments of stillness, surrounded by polished stone and understated detailing. Two Juliet balconies open to the sights and sounds of Cadogan Gardens, offering a breath of air and a glimpse of the city without ever breaking the suite’s sense of calm remove.

The Hotel

Jumeirah Carlton Tower has been a bastion of London’s prestigious Knightsbridge neighborhood since 1961, surrounded by embassies and the city's finest boutiques. Visitors will discover Harrods, Loro Piana, Audemars Piguet and Chanel all within 100 yards of Carlton Tower.

Jumeirah, a brand synonymous with luxury, has been in charge of the property since 2001, managing it through the first two decades of the 21st century to become one of London’s most sought-after stays.

It closed for 18 months in 2021 for the most extensive renovation in the hotel’s history, and today, all of Jumeirah Carlton Tower’s 17 floors are designed to delight guests. The hotel features 186 rooms and suites, each appointed magnificently, in addition to a sizable ballroom and lounge.

Since the renovation, where it was completely redesigned, the hotel’s health club, The Peak Fitness Club & Spa, has developed a reputation as one of London’s finest wellness spaces. New treatment rooms were added to the Talise Spa on the second floor, and the pool area was revitalized.

The hotel is home to London’s largest indoor swimming pool with natural daylight, with its double-height glass ceiling helping to transform the space. The ninth-floor gym is also particularly special. Filled with bespoke equipment, it overlooks both the club lounge and central London and offers some of the best gym views in the capital. Membership is exclusive and priced accordingly.

The Jumeirah Carlton Tower is home to two restaurants. The Chinoiserie is a relaxed spot serving elevated global cuisine, and independently operated La Maison Ani offers classic French fare.

Step outside the hotel’s grand entrance, and you’ll be greeted by Cadogan Gardens, one of London’s traditional private gated parks, which hotel guests get keys to, making the perfect spot for a picnic on a warm summer’s day.
