Be sure to book a table at Matador Room – The Miami Beach EDITION’s signature restaurant developed by Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten (the vibrant menu showcases the flavors of South America, the Caribbean and Spain). The resort also has two pools, direct access to a private beach and, in the basement, a bowling alley and a 2,000-sq-ft ice skating rink.
