The Suite
Set within a former convent, La Très Grande Suite offers a quiet French escape. The design leans heavily into the building's 17th-century roots, featuring stone-framed windows, antique furnishings, and walls finished with patinated plaster. The layout is a single, open-plan space, moving smoothly from the marble-clad kitchen and simple dining area into the linen-draped salon and the sleeping quarters.
The dining setup—a veined marble island paired with handcrafted ceramics and wooden chairs—is clearly meant for long, slow meals. Persian rugs and vintage armchairs establish a comfortable, salon-like feel in the living area. Terracotta floors ground the bedroom, where a low, linen-draped bed is accented by antique details. The separate bathroom is a highlight: a freestanding tub sits beneath a stained-glass window that casts a honeyed amber light, subtly accented by a vintage pedestal vase holding fresh cut blooms.
The Hotel
Set in a restored 17th-century convent in the hills of Nice, Hôtel du Couvent invites a slower pace of life. The design honors the building’s monastic past—arched windows, stone corridors, and cloistered courtyards—while adding warm, minimalist touches. Rooms are quiet sanctuaries, filled with natural light and organic textures. A rooftop pool and terraced gardens offer views of the city and sea, and the spa takes inspiration from ancient Roman baths. Calm, contemplative, and beautifully unhurried, it’s a soulful escape above the Riviera.
