The Suite
La Très Grande Suite, set within a former convent, offers a serene French escape, where the stone-framed windows, patinated plaster walls, and antique furnishings echo the building’s 17th-century origins. Conceived as a single, open-plan sanctuary, the suite flows seamlessly from its marble-clad kitchen and pared-back dining space to a linen-draped salon and the sleeping quarters beyond. A veined marble island, handcrafted ceramics, and pared-back wooden chairs invite long, slow meals, while Persian rugs and vintage armchairs lend the living area a salon-like rhythm. The bedroom is anchored by a low, linen-draped bed flanked by antique accents and warm terracotta floors. While in a separate room the bathroom, features a freestanding tub set beneath a stained-glass window in honeyed amber, with a vintage pedestal vase arranged with cut blooms offering a quiet flourish.
The Hotel
Set in a restored 17th-century convent in the hills of Nice, Hôtel du Couvent invites a slower pace of life. The design honors the building’s monastic past—arched windows, stone corridors, and cloistered courtyards—while adding warm, minimalist touches. Rooms are quiet sanctuaries, filled with natural light and organic textures. A rooftop pool and terraced gardens offer views of the city and sea, and the spa takes inspiration from ancient Roman baths. Calm, contemplative, and beautifully unhurried, it’s a soulful escape above the Riviera.
