The Suite
The Bellair Suite doesn't rely on flash; its appeal is in the execution of sculptural silhouettes and bespoke materials. The design centers around the curved salon, a light-filled space encircled by windows. Here, ash-toned velvet, wool, and bronze provide texture, grounding the custom semi-circular sofa and the warm ochre armchairs that define the main lounge area.
Moving past the long island bar and marble-clad kitchen, you reach the dining room. This space is set for ten, featuring sculptural lighting and subtle floral arrangements that punctuate a minimalist setting. Crucially, double doors open the dining area directly onto the private terrace, maximizing the natural light inside.
The bedroom is serene and generously scaled, offering tailored furnishings and its own separate terrace access. In the main bath, grey-veined marble, a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and heated floors balance quiet luxury with practical function. A walk-in closet, powder room, and dedicated writing desk round out this thoughtfully planned city residence.
