The Royal Etihad Suite is one of the largest accommodations at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. Floor-to-ceiling windows run throughout the suite, framing sea views and illuminating dark marble finishes and pale furnishings.
The layout is closer to a private apartment than a hotel suite: two separate living rooms provide space to gather or retreat, while a formal dining area sits beside the windows, designed for in-suite meals.
The space includes four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom – two of which feature whirlpool tubs positioned to take advantage of the height and views, looking out toward the surrounding islands. A pantry supports longer stays and private dining, and six HDTVs are spread across the suite, making it easy to settle in for movie nights.
Staying guests also have access to Level 45, a private lounge reserved for select rooms and suites. The space serves breakfast, afternoon tea, aperitifs, and evening drinks throughout the day, offering a quieter alternative to the hotel’s main restaurants and bars. It functions as a practical extension of the suite, removed from the busier areas of the hotel.

The Hotel
Located in the heart of Abu Dhabi’s Ras Al Akhdar area, Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers is a distinctly modern stay. The hotel consists of five towers rising above the city, with 377 rooms and suites offering views of the Arabian Gulf and the skyline, along with access to a private beach.
For exceptional views, head to the Observation Deck at 300 on the 74th floor, where the capital’s skyline stretches in all directions; a mix of streets, sand-colored buildings, and glass towers. Visit in the evening to catch the city at sunset while enjoying a glass of champagne.
Rooms and suites are modern in design, with small interior nods to the hotel’s UAE locale and floor-to-ceiling windows with city views. Day beds stretch the length of the windows in most rooms to give you a leisurely way to enjoy the bird’s-eye vistas. The most glitzy accommodation is the Royal Etihad Suite, which encompasses the entire 60th floor and has a large living space for those traveling with an entourage.
Guests booking a Level 45 Executive Room or Suite gain exclusive access to Club Level 45, which serves light bites, breakfast specialties, afternoon teas, aperitifs, and sundowner drinks throughout the day.
The hotel is also home to several of the city’s most popular restaurants. Internationally renowned SUSHISAMBA brings Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisine to life across two floors, with an open kitchen and live DJs and dancers from day to night. Ray’s Grill on the 63rd floor serves cuts of Australian Wagyu and Chateaubriand against the city backdrop, while Ray’s Bar, one floor above, is a vibrant cocktail bar with live music.
Three outdoor pools and a private beach give families plenty of opportunity to enjoy Abu Dhabi’s year-round warm weather, while a Kids Club gives parents a little time to themselves. For relaxation, the spa spans 15,700 square feet and includes 13 treatment rooms, a Hammam suite, a Himalayan salt room, and a Jacuzzi. Or for a livelier pace, the hotel is also home to one of the city’s largest event venues, with 10,000 square feet of flexible space.
