The Suite
Designed as a private residence, the three-bedroom NYC Penthouse suite draws inspiration from the classic townhouses visible below. The design successfully blends European classicism with American modernism, creating an authentic Manhattan 'pied-à-terre'. Four separate terraces provide impressive vantage points across Upper Manhattan.
Inside, the gourmet kitchen connects directly to a bright dining conservatory—ideal for hosting guests or a large dinner party. The interiors feel established, featuring antiques, original art, and hand-painted DeGournay wallpaper throughout. The details are precise: look for Ralph Lauren sconces, an Art Deco vanity, and a mirrored Versailles desk designed by Nancy Corzine.
The master bedroom is anchored by a metal four-poster bed, set against a striking backdrop of hand-painted DeGournay orchids and bamboo, completing this carefully considered space.
The Hotel
Established in 1927, The Lowell Hotel New York is one of the few remaining family-owned hotels in the city, offering guests an inside look to the elegance of the Upper East Side, with Central Park, Fifth Avenue, and Madison Avenue shopping just steps away, Nestled on a serene, tree-lined street, it features exquisitely designed suites and rooms, many with wood-burning fireplaces and private terraces—a rare luxury in New York. Dining options include Majorelle, an Upper East Side gem, and Jacques Bar, perfect for a classic martini. The Club Room is open exclusively to guests of the hotel, while the Pembroke Room upholds tradition with its beloved breakfast and weekend brunch.
