The Suite
The André Fu Suite at The Upper House holds a unique distinction: it is the only residence the renowned designer has ever lent his name to. This space represents his original vision for the hotel, moving decisively away from the ornate to create something truly livable.
Fu's atelier crafted the bespoke furniture found throughout the rooms, which are set in a calming palette of mineral blue, dusty mink, and pale ivory. For entertaining, the large dining room easily accommodates up to 18 guests. It is supported by a fully equipped pantry, allowing the space to transition smoothly between intimate gatherings and large-scale events. Guests also benefit from a dedicated private spa area, complete with twin massage beds, offering a quiet, functional retreat within the suite itself.
