Martin Brudnizki's design for the Fouquet's Penthouse successfully transplants a specific Parisian elegance right into New York City. This two-floor accommodation features sophisticated living and dining areas, anchored by a table built to seat eight guests comfortably. The interiors are defined by detailed design choices, utilizing ornate lighting and luxurious furnishings alongside carefully selected art pieces. These spaces are punctuated by deliberate bursts of bright and pastel color accents.
A standout feature is the executive office, which breaks from the main palette with tropical wallpaper and unexpected pink accents, adding a distinct, playful charm. Outdoor access is generous, offering three separate terraces with impressive city views. Guests will particularly appreciate the private terrace accessible directly from the master suite. These red-brick terraces are set up for year-round enjoyment, featuring retro sun loungers and a functional firepit.
