Launched in 2004 to put Dutch fashion on the map, Amsterdam International Fashion Week is now into its 16th show.
Combing new talents with older, established names, the festival has become well known for its trendsetting labels and glamorous setting. The growth of interest in Dutch design has led to the festival becoming popular with international guests and designers. Of course, this is an Amsterdam festival, so you can expect plenty of unusual designs and unique presentations, as well as plenty of innovation and creativity.
