Frankfurt Book Fair is the largest book and media fair in the world with more than 7,500 exhibitors from 111 countries.
The Frankfurt Book Fair has embraced the effect of technology on modern literature and has expanded to include DVDs, audio books, e-books, e-readers and mobile devices. The Frankfurt Book Fair is also a cultural occasion, encompassing a wide range of events and attractions in the city and the surrounding region. Each year a country is made the “Guest of Honor” and this year Finland’s literary work was celebrated in a special presentation. The fair offers an All Access Ticket that provides entry to all presentations as well as the exclusive Ascoli VIP club where the great and the good can be found networking.
