Assemble your binoculars and dust off your French verbs; as sports fans across the world will already know all too well, the Olympic and Paralympic Games will take place in the iconic city of Paris in 2024.
For generations a staple of the globe’s communal calendar, little else compares to the feverish excitement of an Olympic Games. A true celebration of the prowess of the human body, sportsmanship, and the collective union of our international identities, over three billion people across the world will watch Paris 2024.
Yet sorting accommodation and tickets is a notoriously difficult process, no matter what the city. Trois hourras, therefore, for On Location, the official hospitality provider for Paris 2024. The company has unveiled its unmissable travel and hospitality packages for the Olympic Games, which take place from July 26 to August 11.

These travel packages include guaranteed tickets to various events, a choice of accommodations within the city, and so much more. From cultural excursions to family activities, this is the gold standard of hospitality for the most spectacular event in the 2024 calendar.
“From being in the thick of the action at the finish line of track and field events to watching sailing right on the water, to special entertainment in the Gustave Eiffel Lounge, our guests will leave with lasting memories from their time at the Olympic Games Paris 2024,” commented Will Whiston, executive vice president of Olympic and Paralympic Games for On Location.
With over 200 travel packages available ranging from those classified as three-star to five-star, it is – of course – the latter that has piqued our interest.
One package that we’re particularly excited by is the six-night package with accommodation at five-star hotel Relais Christine. With check-in on July 31, and check-out on August 6, guests will experience the City of Lights at the peak of Olympic spirit.
Those who opt into this bundle package will have the opportunity to watch the women’s diving semi-finals, the semi-finals and finals athletics sessions, the quarter-finals of men’s and women’s boxing, men’s and women’s basketball, and – perhaps most exciting – the rowing finals at the brand new Vaires-sur-Marne nautical stadium.

The most glamorous package offered by On Location is its most expensive. Starting at €33,220 (approx $36,000) per guest, the six-night, five-star package at the world-renowned Hôtel Bel Ami comes with al lthe glitz and gild Paris so symbolizes.
The ticket bundle includes swimming, the men’s gymnastic finals, men’s handball, tennis singles, the rugby sevens and, most gloriously, tickets to the opening ceremony. Uniquely taking place on the River Seine, the opening ceremony will be the biggest party of the year.
What’s more, both packages include a vast range of activities and experiences beyond just accommodation and the events, including a personal tour of the city, a complimentary City Pass, and exclusive lounge access to Salon 24, within walking distance of both hotels.
And don’t miss out on the private boxes option, too. Perfect for those seeking to host and entertain during the games, whether it be an extended family gathering or a corporate affair, the opportunity to hold court in your own space during the Olympic and Paralympic Games comes with luxury touches including champagne upon arrival, a dedicated box hostess, bespoke options including athlete appearances, the option of professional photography, and even a commemorative souvenir for each guest.
