The Sommet restaurant is the jewel in The Alpina Gstaad’s crown, with one Michelin star and 18/20 Gault Millau points paying testament to the restaurant’s exceptional gourmet cuisine. Chef Martin Göschel delivers creative dishes and a unique tasting menu using predominantly regional produce. The restaurant also offers a superb selection of wines, including hundreds of bottles from across the world, hand-picked by the head sommelier.
