What attracted you to your position at the hotel?
The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami is a beautiful coastal sanctuary, where our Ladies & Gentlemen are passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations and providing genuine care. Our resort offers only two rooms on each floor, creating an exclusive and private experience for our guests. Each suite is fully equipped with gourmet kitchens and offers connecting rooms overlooking the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, perfect for families.
Tell us about a defining moment in your role that sticks out.
Listening to our guests’ feedback is the most rewarding part of my role. The many stories shared by our guests about how our Ladies & Gentlemen have made a difference during their stay and have created long lasting memories that have truly made indelible marks on so many.
What separates the hotel’s Ritz-Carlton Suite from anything else in the region?
The Ritz-Carlton Suite is an exclusive, 18th-floor residence with four expansive terraces offering panoramic, ocean views all around. It includes a movie theater equipped with a 62-inch plasma screen, a dining room accommodating up to eight guests adorned with meticulously curated china settings, a gourmet kitchen, and a luxurious bathroom with a sauna and shower room overlooking the Atlantic.
What exciting plans do you have for the hotel that you can share with our readers?
We are very excited about our renovated Seascape Ballroom, the perfect setting for a wedding which overlooks the ocean. And we will continue renovating and upgrading all our meeting space.
