Brioni Opens in Istanbul

By Pardhasaradhi Gonuguntla

Brioni has bridged the East and West with it’s latest store opening: Istanbul. Located in the prestigious Nisantasi luxury district, the Italian brand’s newest boutique brings its ready-to-wear collection and more to the “The City on Seven Hills.”

Following recent openings in Zagreb, Mumbai, and Dubai, the 1,722-square foot Istanbul location will further meet the demands of the European and Middle Eastern markets. With the addition of its made-to-measure service, Brioni hopes its Turkish store will continue the brand’s expansion into “interesting places of the world.”

“In the past two years, we have opened 20 stores, and we are working to ensure that this trend continues in the near future,” CEO of the Brioni Group Andrea Perrone said in a press release. “Istanbul is definitely a historical destination for Brioni clients. Opening in this magical location, where Brioni first introduced itself on the runway in 1975, guarantees a course that will also pay great attention to the client.”

Brioni plans to open three more boutiques this year, further east in Beirut and Shanghai, and in Lugano, Switzerland.
