The majority of Dusit International’s hotels and resorts have been recognized by the world’s largest travel site TripAdvisor with a 2013 Certificate of Excellence.
The award, now in its third year, celebrates hospitality excellence and is awarded to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on the website. Only the top ten percent of businesses listed receive the award.
To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four out of a possible five as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor and receive positive traveler reviews. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
“We are proud that so many of our properties received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award this year,” said Dusit International Chief Operating Officer, David Shackleton. “We thank those guests who took the time to review us online and look forward to continue delivering gracious Thai hospitality to all who stay with us.”
