Penthouse, The Tampa EDITION

Opened in the fall of 2022, The Tampa EDITION Hotel has rapidly become one of the city’s most fashionable haunts.

With an achingly stylish interior and signature Lilac restaurant by chef John Fraser – which has already scooped a Michelin star in the Florida Michelin Guide – the hotel is credited with pioneering a new kind of cool in this Floridian beachside city.

As well as Michelin-starred dining, the hot spot offers six other lavish bars and restaurants. This includes Fraser’s more relaxed rooftop eatery, Azure. For a similar vibe, head to the intimate and ridiculously Instagramable Arts Club, a cocktail bar and performance venue adorned from head to toe solely in a vibrant shade of scarlet.

There is also a wellness spa inspired by the healing powers of the ocean and a pool that is lined with cabanas, each haloed with a pink flower archway.

The hotel’s Penthouse is a one of a kind in Tampa. It is positioned in a prime corner spot on the eighth floor and spans 2,220 sq ft. The aesthetic is one of minimalist chic, very much in keeping with the rest of EDITION’s ever-growing global portfolio of hotels.

White walls and blonde wood floors run throughout the suite, with the open-plan living and dining room offering sweeping views of downtown Tampa. The suite also features a white oak dining table that will comfortably seat 10 as well as a kitchen and a host of private dining options.

The king-sized bedroom is a zen-like space with crisp white linens and plenty of natural light flowing through floor-to-ceiling windows. It leads to a substantial walk-in closet and a beautiful ensuite with a freestanding tub and LeLabo amenities.
