SHVO Announces SHVO Dubai’s First Record Breaking Project Launch in the Middle East-the Island of Nurai

New York, NY-SHVO Dubai officially opened its doors in May 2008 simultaneously selling out its first project-Nurai-and moving $750 million of the most expensive real estate in the region in a mere 36 hours-an estimated 70% of the total project.
 
SHVO launched sales with a massive event on May 12 (photos below) for more than 300 elite, world-class buyers featuring a private performance by Lionel Richie and a 21,000 square foot sales center-an unparalleled experience comprised of state-of-the-art technology and virtual reality fly-throughs.
 
“We made gold from sand,” said SHVO president Michael Shvo. “There was nothing there and we created a state-of-the-art environment dedicated to communicating the privacy, exclusivity, modernity and solace of Nurai.”
 
Nurai is the first project to be launched out of SHVO Dubai. SHVO’s international expansion will continue in December 2008 with the opening of SHVO London.
