Six Senses London Slated for Early 2026
Following a three-year delay, Six Senses London will finally open in early 2026, marking the wellness brand’s long-anticipated UK debut.
Located within the redevelopment of The Whiteley in Bayswater, the 109-key property will house 14 branded residences and a sprawling 25,000-sq-ft spa – one of the largest in the city. Expect a magnesium pool (a London first), cryotherapy and flotation therapies, a longevity medical clinic, and movement studios.
Six Senses London will also debut Six Senses Place, the brand's first private members' club, offering a wellness-driven alternative to the city's traditional private members' clubs.
Though delayed, the project underscores Six Senses' urban expansion strategy, as the brand continues to bring its wellness-first philosophy beyond barefoot resorts into more metropolitan locations. Six Senses Milan, the brand's second Italian property, is also on the horizon for 2026, with further projects underway in Bangkok, Lisbon and Tel Aviv.

After a seven-month transformation, Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita has reopened. The refresh sees every villa reimagined (each with its own pool), alongside while the debut of the overwater Oseyan Spa, a sign of Four Seasons' deeper pivot towards forward-thinking wellness.
Perched above the lagoon, the spa introduces herbal island rituals, holistic treatments and a bookable-by-the-hour Royal Spa Suite complete with a handcrafted stone tube and steam room overlooking mangroves.
The refreshed hotel will also debut five new dining concepts: Angara (modern Indian tandoor), Awase (Japanese omakase), Radici (Italian trattoria), Chaloupe (French Riviera-inspired) and Ti Prawson, a relaxed seafront seafood spot.
For Four Seasons, the redesign fits into a wider regional strategy to refresh its Indian Ocean portfolio, mirroring a wave of upgrades across its resorts across the Maldives and Seychelles.

Carlisle Bay, Antigua, Reopens Following Transformation
Carlisle Bay, one of Antigua's leading luxury resorts, has reopened after the first phase of its multi-year refurbishment.
The re-design of the resort's Bay, Garden and Ocean suites has been led by London-based designer Minimat Shodeinde, in collaboration with British artist Jo de Pear.
“We wanted to honor the island’s traditions while bringing a sense of modern refinement,” says Shodeinde. “Working with local makers allowed us to keep authenticity at the heart of the design.”
The broader renovation, rolling out over the next three years, will see all suites, dining venues and the CARA Organic Spa reimagined, aligning Carlisle Bay with the new wave of modern Caribbean resorts.
