London’s iconic Lanesborough hotel, known for its grandeur and exclusive services, has partnered with fashion house heidi klein to host a Fashion Afternoon Tea on October 19, 2012. Guests at the event will receive a sneak peak at the heidi klein Resort 2013 collection and sip classic English afternoon tea and scrumptious treats in Apsleys, the hotel’s famed Adam Tihany-designed restaurant.
The Lanesborough’s collaboration with the popular English brand comes as no surprise to many fashionistas. Over the last decade, heidi klein has developed an international reputation for its stylish and luxurious beachwear. Celebrities such as Sienna Miller, Elle MacPherson, and Kate Moss have sported the brand, completing their holiday wardrobes.
Attendees at the Fashion Afternoon Tea will be able to prepare for the winter travel season, viewing heidi klein’s new line of bikinis, sunhats, flip-flops, and kaftans. Guests will also have the unique chance to meet designers Heidi Gosman and Penny Klein, who launched heidi klein in 2002, and have the fashion designers style their winter getaway wardrobe. The event ensures no guest will leave empty handed, presenting each attendee with a heidi klein beach bag and shopping voucher.
Fashion Afternoon Tea will take place Friday, October 19, 2012 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. The event is priced at $60 per person plus 12.5% service charge or $75 for The Belgravia Tea complete with fresh strawberries and cream and a glass of champagne.
