Flight Options Releases Top Ten Leisure Destinations for Private Jets

Forecasts Hot Travel in 2008

CLEVELAND , Ohio – January 11, 2008 – Did you bump into (literally) a CEO on the slopes of Aspen over the Holidays? Do you wonder which warm weather beaches the “Jet Set” are favoring for 2008? Flight Options, the world’s most innovative private jet company, has released the results of December 2007 private jet leisure travel, which marks a reliable forecast of the top luxury leisure destinations in North America for winter 2008.

Cleveland-based Flight Options hosts the nation’s elite business and leisure travelers, and is uniquely positioned to identify the destinations of choice. During the recently concluded Holiday period, unseasonably cold temperatures sent private jet owners heading to warm weather destinations, which accounted for seven of the top ten private jet destinations in December. Florida carried top honors overall, featuring five of the top ten destinations, with West Palm Beach claiming the number one ranking. Renowned ski destinations garnered three spots in the top ten, with Salt Lake City , Utah moving ahead of Aspen , Colorado , for the most desired destination among private jet travelers.

Breaking in to the top 10 for the first time was Cabo San Lucas , Mexico , a destination with a growing roster of ultra-luxury resort and residential properties, which represented 16 percent of all Flight Options’ international flying during the month of December.

The Top 10 are:

1. West Palm Beach,FL: The Gilded Age lives on in the architecture and affluent lifestyle of the Palm Beach enclave, developed as the winter home for wealthy northerners of the early 20th century. And in some ways, not much has changed, thanks to its exclusive boutiques, vibrant cultural scene, beautiful beaches and a full winter social calendar.

3. Las Vegas, NV: Designer boutiques, world-class gourmet dining and endless entertainment keep the glam factor high both in and out of the casinos along the legendary Vegas strip.

4. Naples, FL : Florida ’s Paradise Coast abounds with attractions, from the natural wonders of the Everglades to exclusive Marco Island and the renowned shops, golfing and beaches of Naples.

5. Boca Raton, FL: About 30 miles south of top-ranking West Palm Beach , Boca Raton shares its Gilded Age history, spectacular beaches, culture and accent on opulence, not to mention excellent golf.
