Porsche and Partner Chopard Celebrate Titles in China

Following victories at Le Mans 2017, Nürburgring, in Mexico and in the US, the Porsche Motorsport LMP1 continued their streak at Six Hours of Shanghai 2017. The team finished second and third at the penultimate round of the FIA World Endurance Championship, with Porsche taking the drivers’ championship title, as well as manufacturers’ for the third consecutive time.

Driver trio Earl Bamber, Timo Bernhard and Brendon Hartley finished second in the six-hour Shanghai race, solidifying a place as the new world champions. The sister car — driven by Neel Jani, André Lotterer and Nick Tandy — took third.
