Aspen’s high-end shopping district has a new name to add to its already stellar line-up after Oliver Smith Jeweler opened its first watch and jewelry boutique in the area. The new site promises an exclusive and compelling customer experience for its vintage pre-owned timepieces and Oliver Smith designed jewelry.
Situated on the second floor of the historic Tom Thumb building, the boutique will stock some of the world’s most sought-after watch brands including Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Rolex and Panerai. The extensive presentation areas will be enhanced by the boutique’s simple and classic style, which has been designed to convey a welcoming atmosphere.
“We are thrilled to be growing our presence in Aspen,” said Oliver Smith. “We began selling luxury watches in 1985 at our first boutique in Scottsdale, As the Oliver Smith Jeweler brand’s trust and reputation grew, clients have been eager to sell and trade their own timepieces. They also know they can trust purchasing a certified pre-owned watch from the Oliver Smith Jeweler team, who have been in the watch and jewelry business for 39 years.”
Setting it apart from other boutiques, Oliver Smith Jewelry Aspen will showcase an ever-changing selection of incredible timepieces with themed collections. The boutique will display a new collection on a seasonal basis, beginning with its summer theme of ‘Iconic Sports Models’, showcasing sought-after pieces such as a Patek Philippe Aquanaut 5167, Rolex Daytona reference 6239 and a Panerai Marina Militare, PAM 202A.
Mr Smith has also marked the occasion by designing a limited edition bracelet inspired by the Bauhaus Movement that Aspen is renowned for. Just 100 have been made and all will exclusively be available at the Aspen boutique. All of the proceeds from the Aspen bracelets will go to Response Aspen a local organization helping domestic violence and abuse victims.
Oliver Smith Aspen Boutique Director, Elizabeth Smith said: “Our engaging and uniquely luxurious environment provides an ideal setting to showcase one-of-a-kind timepieces around various themes. Oliver and the team have always valued being able to evolve with clients and their interests. As a second-generation, locally owned family business, it’s an honor to be able to open up a business in such a supportive and beautiful community and create a life in Aspen, my adoptive hometown.”
