Attendees can interact with a stellar roster of culinary talents, including celebrated chefs like José Andrés, Kristen Kish, Andrew Zimmern, Daniel Boulud and Jorge Vallejo of Mexico City‘s Quintonil, the first Mexican restaurant to earn two Michelin stars.
The beverage program features a distinguished lineup of sommeliers, spirits producers and mixologists, led by Aldo Sohm of Le Bernardin and Sohm Bar in New York City. Other notable participants include Michael Kennedy, Charles Joly, TJ Vong, LP O’Brien, Marie-Christine Osselin and Tony Abou Ganim.
