Miami, Florida – Reported by Elite Traveler, the private jet lifestyle magazine
The renowned and iconic Delano in South Beach ushered in a new era of farm fresh cuisine to Miami’s eclectic haute dining scene with the opening of BIANCA this weekend. Elite Traveler was on hand to celebrate the opening weekend and sample the inventive Italian inspired menu by Executive Corporate Chef Brian Massie, who has worked with esteemed chefs such as Lidia Bastianich and Charlie Palmer.
BIANCA offers an inventive Italian menu featuring local, organic ingredients as a participant in the Slow Food movement, an international not‐for‐profit network committed to improving the way food is produced and distributed. Standout dishes include an inventive and mouth-watering take on the heirloom tomato salad, truffle tagliatelle prepared with homemade pasta and truffle cream, and salt roasted branzino with Tuscan potatoes.
Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, BIANCA is operated by hospitality, design and management innovators The Light Group, who currently own and operate 15 restaurant and nightlife venues in Las Vegas. The restaurant is the group’s first foray into the Miami market, debuting 5 new venues at the Delano this season. Interior designer Sam Robin, Inc. created four distinct areas to dine and drink, including the main dining room, lounge, veranda and lobby, all decked in Delano-worthy design.
