Glow by Armin Amrein

Armin Amrein is the chef behind this Michelin starred restaurant in Davos, which he opened after honing his skills at the five star Bürgenstock Resort and Relais & Châteaux Hotel Walserhof. At his own restaurant Glow by Armin Amrein, the chef creates dishes using fresh, high quality ingredients and by drawing on his culinary skills and creativity. The menu changes regularly but a meal of four to seven courses can include dishes such as veal tartare, Angus beef with tomato, organic mozzarella and balsamic vinegar, and coconut parfait.

Gourmet Stübli

This Michelin starred fine dining restaurant sits within the five-star hotel Seehof Davos. Taking inspiration from French cuisine, chef Markus Schneider and his team create beautifully presented modern dishes from quality seasonal produce. This is then served in the warm, wood-paneled dining room at candlelit tables.

Located within the Steigenberger Grandhotel Belvédère, this gourmet restaurant presents diners with a menu of regional and international fine dining plates, from French classics to Mediterranean cuisine and specialities from the region.
