Rising 17 stories high into the brilliant blue Floridian sky, The Perigon of Miami Beach has unveiled its first penthouse to list within the OMA-designed tower curated in partnership between Mast Capital and Starwood Capital Group.
Exceptionally designed with panoramic views across the Miami skyline, Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic, Penthouse West arrives fresh on the market for a cool $37m.
This is Miami, and the standards for luxury are as high as Penthouse West itself. And yet The Perigon still manages to meet the highest bar – if not even perhaps raise it – with its debut penthouse, whether it’s the state-of-the-art amenities of the property or even the Michelin-starred chef at the helm of the building’s residents-only restaurant.

“Catering to the most discerning buyers, we curated every detail of The Perigon with their lifestyle in mind, from architectural design to interiors, to the food and beverage programs, always offering a refined yet approachable style of luxury,” said Camilo Miguel Jr, CEO of Mast Capital.
Located on the glamorous ocean-facing Collins Avenue, residents enter Penthouse West through a private elevator landing that leads directly to the four-bedroom, five-bathroom property.
The interior space spans 5,686 sq ft (the Perigon Miami penthouse is spread across two stories) and the outdoor space is even larger, coming in at 6,487 sq ft that sprawls across several outdoor terraces and a landscaped private rooftop.

The outdoor space is exceedingly generous and appreciated; these are views that must be minimalized, and The Perigon does so with great success, rendering the property one of the finest hosting spaces across the city. Featuring a 30-ft infinity-edge swimming pool, several lounge spaces, a sundeck and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, it is difficult to find real estate within the city that can compare.
The interior is just as satisfying. Designed by Tara Bernerd, whose previous work encompasses luxury hotels and private yachts, the stylish minimalism is heightened – if you pardon the pun – by the apartment’s 22-ft ceilings, a feature galvanized by the outdoor wraparound terrace.
And amenities available to Penthouse West residents are, unsurprisingly, almost peerless in their luxury offerings.

With an emphasis placed on the indoor-outdoor living so integral to Miami life, serene gardens designed by Gustafson Porter + Bowman – the landscape architecture firm that headed the Eiffel Tower green spaces design – give residents a special oasis of communal privacy.
Exciting for gastronomes will be the residents-only private restaurant, in which Michelin-starred Chef Shaun Hergatt is at the helm. And despite Penthouse West coming with its own private pool, an oceanfront swimming pool with cabanas is also a standout feature of The Perigon, as is a fitness center with water views, a screening room and a games room.
“Penthouse West is the epitome of this offering, appealing to those seeking sophisticated design, seclusion and privacy, unparalleled views of the ocean and Biscayne Bay, and the pinnacle of indoor-outdoor luxury living,” concluded Miguel Jr.
