Aston Martin Residences of Miami has unveiled its triplex penthouse, the first of its kind in the world. The Miami-located branded residence, developed with G&G business developments, boasts 7,300 sq ft of private outdoor space and almost 20,000 sq ft of indoor space. Yet it is not just a standout piece of property due to its brilliant design, stellar interiors and magnificent ocean vistas, but for also coming with a rare collector’s car for the owner.
In fact, there’s so much to unpack within the property and all it entails, it’s difficult to know where to begin. Named UNIQUE to reflect its status as the globe’s first three-floor penthouse developed by Aston Martin, it is a real vision to behold.
Accessed through a private elevator, perhaps the first feature one is struck by within the UNIQUE penthouse is the capacity for light. The extraordinarily tall ceilings and the floor-to-ceiling windows not only allow maximum light in but also provide the space with some of the greatest views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Miami city skyline.

The seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom apartment takes advantage of the property-defining views with a gorgeous wrap-around terrace on each of the three floors. A glass staircase stands pride of place within the triplex, in which the handrail draws inspiration from the wings of the Aston Martin emblem itself. Also included are a private pool, a gym, a spa and a climate-controlled garage.
Which, naturally, brings us to the next detail; the sale of the UNIQUE penthouse comes with the last remaining Aston Martin Vulcan race car. With only 24 of these cars made, the all-carbon fiber supercar is a prime example of the luxury car brand’s 7.0-liter design and is engineered for track driving only.

Another addition incorporated within the $59m price tag is an 80-page fine art book that meticulously details the conception of the UNIQUE penthouse, incorporating paintings, sculptures and even music.
The book, in which the last six pages are left blank to let the owners write their own chapter of the story within their new home, reflects both the heightened luxury of the residence, as well as the emphasis on art and aesthetic that permeates throughout not only the UNIQUE penthouse, but the Aston Martin residences collectively.

“It’s a permanent record inspired by the UNIQUE penthouse, and we expect it to be an object of desire for those who appreciate the unrepeatable,” said Germán Coto, CEO of G&G.
Art is integral to the culture of the tower; acclaimed artist Julian Lennon launched the art space, in which an entire floor is set aside for gallery space, with a collection of his personal photography.
Occupying the building’s 63rd, 64th, and 65th floors, the development is forecast to be completed in early 2023.
