The Restaurant

In the Breton village of Plomodiern, between the Menez Hom mountain and the Bay of Douarnenez, lies L'Auberge des Glazicks, a family home since 1870 and now a Relais & Châteaux property. Chef olivier bellin returned to his roots in 1998, transforming his grandmother's former blacksmith workshop—once a simple inn for workers—into a sleek, stylish restaurant. Bellin's inventive cuisine highlights the extraordinary produce of Finistère, sourced from a network of small-scale producers. The restaurant currently holds two Michelin stars, a testament to its exceptional cooking. Dishes marry surf and turf, showcasing the region's flavors with poise, such as langoustine and pig's trotter.
