The Restaurant
Located in the Sacred Valley near Cusco, Mil offers a unique dining experience overlooking the Moray archaeological site. The restaurant, the brainchild of chefs Virgilio Martinez and Pia Leon, aims to immerse diners in the high-altitude ecosystems of the Peruvian Andes. Mil sources ingredients from the surrounding landscape, showcasing the region's biodiversity. The restaurant is situated at a breathtaking 3,500 meters above sea level, a seventy-minute flight from Lima to Cusco, followed by a forty-five-minute drive. Mil offers an eight-course tasting menu. As of February 2025, Mil does not have any Michelin stars.
