The Restaurant
Located on the first floor of the Cheval Blanc Paris, Plénitude offers an intimate dining experience overlooking the Seine. Here, chef Arnaud Donckele, also of La Vague d'Or in St Tropez, presents his vision of French cuisine, where sauces take center stage. Donckele approaches his craft like a perfumer, creating complex sauces with as many as twelve ingredients, each designed to elevate the dishes they accompany. Plénitude has earned three Michelin stars, a testament to its exceptional cuisine. The restaurant's tasting menu is structured around these sauces, with dishes designed to complement their intricate flavors. Maxime Frédéric, formerly of the George V, crafts desserts that add another dimension to the dining experience. The service, orchestrated by Alexandre Larvoir, is attentive and contributes to the restaurant's refined atmosphere.
