The Restaurant
Amazónico Dubai, situated in the heart of DIFC, draws inspiration from the Amazon's cultural diversity and rich gastronomic heritage. The restaurant spans three floors, creating an immersive environment with lush greenery and natural materials. The design, crafted by Lázaro Rosa-Violan, evokes a Latin American rainforest. Diego Sánchez helms the kitchen, bringing experience from working alongside Latin America's top chefs, and infuses Peruvian ingredients into the cuisine. The menus blend tropical and Latin American flavors, incorporating Asian and Mediterranean influences found within the Amazon region. Diners can explore a range of spaces, including a vibrant lounge, a cocktail bar, and a rooftop terrace. As of February 2025, Amazónico does not have any Michelin stars, but it is recognized in the Michelin Guide Dubai selection. Resident and guest DJs contribute to the lively atmosphere each evening with 'electro-pical' music.
