The Restaurant
Hōseki, a minimalist jewel located on the fourth floor of the Bulgari Resort Dubai, offers an intimate omakase experience. With only nine seats at the counter and a private dining room for twelve, the restaurant provides an exclusive encounter with Japanese cuisine. Chef Masahiro Sugiyama, a sixth-generation sushi master, crafts a daily changing tasting menu using the freshest ingredients, many imported directly from Japan. The dining room overlooks the Dubai skyline, providing a glittering backdrop to the culinary artistry. Hōseki has been awarded one Michelin star for three consecutive years since 2022 by The Michelin Guide Dubai.
