The Restaurant
Naoe presents an intimate and exclusive omakase experience on Brickell Key, accommodating only five guests per seating. Chef Kevin Cory, a Miami native, showcases natural Japanese cuisine, drawing upon his heritage and training under masters from Kyoto and Toyama. While Naoe has earned consistent praise and recognition from Forbes Travel Guide with a Five-Star rating and AAA Five-Diamond Award, it has yet to receive recognition from the Michelin Guide. The tasting menu changes daily, featuring seafood sourced directly from Japan and local Miami fishermen. Adding to the restaurant's unique character, the soy sauce and sake served hail from chef Cory's family breweries, established in 1825 in Kanazawa, Japan. The cypress wood bar offers a front-row view of each delicacy being prepared in the open kitchen, making for a truly immersive culinary journey.
