The Restaurant
Emeril's, chef Emeril Lagasse's flagship restaurant, has been a New Orleans culinary landmark since 1990. Located in the Warehouse District, the restaurant offers a refined and elegant approach to Louisiana cooking, rooted in Lagasse's signature bold flavors. Now helmed by his son, chef E.J. Lagasse, the restaurant draws inspiration from Louisiana's local farmers and fishermen, crafting a menu that tells a story through food and nature. Known for elevated and warm hospitality, Emeril's provides a distinctive dining experience. While Emeril's does not currently have any Michelin stars, it was recently added to the luxury travel list of Relais & Chateaux and inducted into Les Grandes Tables du Monde, making it one of only thirteen American restaurants to share this honor.
