The Restaurant
Mugen, located within ESPACIO The Jewel of Waikiki, offers a luxurious dining experience that elevates Hawaii's culinary scene. The intimate, 34-seat restaurant, redesigned with Moroccan lighting and a blue Carrara marble bar, creates a warm backdrop for an exquisite culinary journey. Executive chef Colin Sato crafts a dynamic tasting menu that highlights seasonal and local ingredients, offering multiple options for each course. Pastry chef Jamon Harper complements Sato's creations with inventive desserts. Mugen's bar program, curated by mixologist Ricardo Barajas, features bespoke cocktails that celebrate Hawaiian flavors and exotic spices. While Mugen does not currently have any Michelin stars, its wine collection has earned the Wine Spectator "Best of" Award.
