Located within the Montage Healdsburg, Hazel Hill offers a refined dining experience that blends California cuisine with French influences. The restaurant is set among 258 acres of rolling vineyards and oak groves, providing a stunning backdrop. Hazel Hill does not currently have any Michelin stars. The design evokes a French farmhouse, enhanced by contemporary elements. Executive chef Jason Pringle crafts dishes using locally sourced ingredients, some of which come directly from the property's gardens. The restaurant features a warmly appointed dining room, along with two private dining spaces: the Oak Room, designed like a modern treehouse, and Madrone, which includes a private balcony. Hazel Hill provides an immersive wine country experience with its terroir-to-table philosophy.
