The Restaurant
Le Taillevent, a Parisian institution since 1946, resides in the 8th arrondissement within the former mansion of the Duke of Morny. Now owned by the Gardinier family, who also own Les Crayères in Reims, the restaurant exudes French classicism. Upon entering this townhouse, a sense of aristocracy resonates through the stone walls and elegant dining rooms. The Trianon dining room features a warm color scheme, creating a soothing atmosphere. Chef Giuliano Sperandio oversees the kitchen, offering dishes crafted with top-class produce. The wine list is extensive, boasting over 2,800 offerings. Le Taillevent currently holds two Michelin stars, a testament to its excellent cooking.
