Pages, discreetly positioned between the Arc de Triomphe and Place des États-Unis, offers a surprising take on French cuisine with Japanese influences. Chef Ryuji Teshima, known as Teshi, honed his skills in esteemed establishments before opening Pages in 2014. The restaurant's minimalist decor, featuring bare white walls, evokes a sense of understated elegance. Teshima's cuisine emphasizes fine ingredients, sourcing shellfish and fish from Normandy and Brittany, and poultry from the Perche.
